Naiyah Nails Repair and Refund Policy
1. Service Satisfaction: Gel, Gel X, and BIAB Treatments
We are committed to delivering high-quality nail services. All clients are given the opportunity to check their nails before leaving the salon. Once you confirm you are satisfied and leave the appointment, the service is considered completed and approved.
We reserve the right to photograph all completed treatments for record-keeping purposes.
If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment with clear photographs so we can assess the concern.
2. Repair Policy
– We may offer complimentary repairs within 7 days of your appointment for gel, BIAB, or Gel-X services where the issue is determined to be due to application or product fault.
Repairs are offered at management’s discretion following assessment.
Accidental Damage & Wear
Breakage, lifting, or damage caused by impact, lifestyle, incorrect aftercare, or general wear and tear after leaving the salon is not considered a product or application fault.
Repairs for accidental damage (e.g., nail breaks due to personal wear) are available at a reduced rate. This includes any breaks or damage that happen outside the salon after leaving.

Repairs must be approved before any alterations are made.

Having nails altered, infilled, removed, or redone by another salon or technician automatically voids eligibility for complimentary repair or reassessment.
3. Refund Policy
Naiyah Nails does not offer refunds for completed and approved services.
Where a genuine service concern arises, we will always aim to provide a reasonable solution in line with this policy. Refunds, if considered, are entirely at the discretion of management and will only be assessed where no reasonable corrective solution is possible.
All concerns must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment.
4. No Guarantees for Regular Polish Services
– Regular polish is a temporary nail treatment and does not have the durability of gel, Gel X, BIAB or acrylic. We do not guarantee the longevity of regular polish and, therefore, do not offer refunds or repairs on regular polish treatments if chipping, smudging or fading occurs.
5. Gift Cards
– Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
– Gift cards are valid for 1 year after purchase
