Naiyah Nails Academy – Course Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All courses at Naiyah Nails Academy must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to secure your training date.
Course places are limited due to the 1-to-1 format, therefore bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
Due to the preparation and limited availability of training slots:
• All course bookings are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your training session, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.
• With sufficient notice (72+ hours), your training may be rescheduled once to a future available date.
• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will result in the loss of the booking and the course fee will not be refunded or transferred.
3. Late Arrival
Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled training session.
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and the booking fee will be forfeited.
4. Course Format
All Naiyah Nails Academy courses are:
• In-person training only
• Delivered 1-to-1 at the Naiyah Nails studio in Brixton Hill, London
• Skills-based and non-accredited
Courses are designed to improve practical technique and real salon performance, rather than provide formal qualifications.
5. Models & Practice
Depending on the course format:
• Students may practice on a training hand or live model.
6. Course Materials
Basic training materials and tools required for the session will be provided for use during the course.
Students may bring their own tools if they wish to receive guidance on improving their existing kit.
7. Certificates
Upon completion of the training session, students will receive a Naiyah Nails Academy Certificate of Completion confirming attendance.

8. Professional Conduct
Naiyah Nails Academy maintains a professional learning environment.
Any inappropriate behaviour, disruption, or failure to follow safety guidance may result in the training session being terminated without refund.
9. Photography & Content
Photos or short video clips may occasionally be taken during training sessions for educational or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in content, please inform us prior to the session.
10. Health & Safety
Students must inform Naiyah Nails Academy in advance of:
• Any allergies to nail products
• Any medical conditions affecting skin or nails
Safety procedures must be followed throughout the training session.
11. Liability
Naiyah Nails Academy is not responsible for:
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injury caused by failure to follow instruction or safety procedures
