Naiyah Nails Repair and Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee for Gel, Acrylic, and BIAB Services

– We are dedicated to providing high-quality services to all our clients. If you are not fully satisfied with your gel, acrylic, or BIAB treatment, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and determine the best resolution.

2. Repair Policy

– Complimentary Repairs: We offer complimentary repairs for gel, acrylic, or BIAB nails if there are issues such as lifting, chipping, or breakage within 7 days of your appointment due to application or product issues. Regular polish treatments are not included in the repairs policy.

– Accidental Damage: Repairs for accidental damage (e.g., nail breaks due to personal wear) are available at a reduced rate. This includes any breaks or damage that happen outside the salon after leaving.

3. Refund Policy

– Partial Refunds: We may offer a partial refund if the client is dissatisfied and no reasonable solution is available. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of management.

– No Refunds for Regular Polish Services: Due to the nature of regular polish, we do not offer guarantees or refunds for regular polish manicures or pedicures, as they are more susceptible to chipping and wear.

4. No Guarantees for Regular Polish Services

–  Regular polish is a temporary nail treatment and does not have the durability of gel or acrylic. We do not guarantee the longevity of regular polish and, therefore, do not offer refunds or repairs on regular polish treatments if chipping, smudging or fading occurs.

5. Gift Cards

– Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
